Vibra Agroindustrial offers a diverse portfolio of premium frozen poultry products, with meticulous attention to quality, packaging, and freezing standards:

1. Frozen Chicken Feet / Paws

• Grade: A, cleaned and free of nails, feathers, bruises, black spots, ammonia burns, or chemical residues

• Weight & Size: 30 g+ per foot; average 35–45 g; length 9–12 cm

• Moisture: ≤ 3–5%, no blood, bruising, or black pads

• Bone Integrity: Broken bones under 1–3%

• Freezing Process: Block Quick Frozen (BQF) at –40 °C; stored/shipped at –18 °C

• Shelf Life: 12–24 months (depending on packaging)

• Drainage Standard: 0 to –5 °C for 8 hours 

2. Halal Frozen Whole Chicken

• Standards: Humane slaughter; no deep wounds, blood stains, bruises, or feathers; ammonia-free

• Weights: 800 g – 2.5 kg

• Packaging Options:

  • Vacuum-sealed: 1 kg or 2 kg per bag

  • Carton configurations: 5×2 kg, 6×2 kg, 10×1 kg, 12×1 kg 

3. Other Poultry Cuts

• Offers chicken parts including wings, gizzards, breast, and legs—clean, certified, and factory-standard quality—often packaged in 20 kg cartons (4×5 kg poly bags); container loads typically 27 MT in 40′ containers 

4. Frozen Turkey, Duck, Beef & Pork

• Vibra’s portfolio also includes frozen turkey and duck, along with beef and pork products, all produced under the same rigorous quality controls

• Full farm-to-export traceability, overseen by an internal Quality Control team
