Shipping Policy
- Global Export Scope 
 Copacol exports its frozen meats—chicken, pork, beef, turkey, duck—to more than 60 countries, including strategic markets like China, Russia, and Turkey, across all continents.
- Product Packaging & Cold Chain 
 Products are sealed and packaged in temperature-controlled, insulated cartons. Shipments are transported via refrigerated sea containers or air cargo, maintaining −18 °C throughout transit.
- Logistics & Infrastructure 
 Leveraging Cotriguaçu’s refrigerated terminal in Cascavel and grain and cold-storage facilities in Paranaguá, Copacol uses carriers like Maersk, MSC, and CMA‑CGM. Full-traceability through this chain ensures regulatory compliance.
- Lead Times & Customs 
 Transit to China, Russia, or Turkey takes 7–14 business days post-shipment, depending on port clearance. Copacol provides full export documentation, including health certificates, halal certificates, phytosanitary certification, and insurance.
- Tracking & Support 
 Buyers receive tracking updates at dispatch and support through delivery until final port clearance, including coordination with customs brokers.

Refund Policy
- Eligibility 
 Refunds/replacements provided if products arrive thawed, spoiled, mislabeled, uncertified, or damaged in transit.
- Claim Submission 
 Buyers must file claims within 48 hours of receipt, including photos, pallet or batch IDs, packaging seals, and chilling verification.
- Verification & Resolution 
 Copacol responds within 5 business days for inspection. Valid claims result in replacement or full refund (product cost + export shipping). Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
- Exclusions 
 Does not apply to delays or damages caused by buyer mishandling, port delays, customs inspections, or issues post-delivery.

- Order Cancellation 
 Orders can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before shipment. After this window, cancellations transition to return or exchange procedures.
- Returns & Exchanges 
 Returns accepted only for proven quality failures reported within 48 hours. Buyers must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and return goods via suitable cold-chain transport.
- Inspection & Replacement 
 Returned goods are examined promptly. If defective, replacements are shipped at Copacol’s expense. In non-defect cases, the buyer covers return freight and may incur restocking fees.
- Refund Processing 
 Upon confirmation of return, refunds are executed within 14 business days.
- Non-Returnable Goods
