🔹 Traditional Methods:

• Bank Wire Transfers (SWIFT/MT103)

• Irrevocable Letters of Credit (LC)

• LC Drafts (Usance or Sight)

• Standard Terms:

  • 30% deposit upon FCO acceptance

  • 70% balance against B/L and shipping document submission

🔹 Bitcoin & Cryptocurrency Acceptance:

To ease transactions in restricted markets (e.g., sanctioned regions or tariff-heavy destinations), crypto is accepted under a secure protocol:

• Currency Reference: Pricing quoted in USD or BRL. BTC amount based on the spot exchange rate at invoicing.

• Execution: Crypto payments are made through a secure custodial payment gateway with on-chain tracking.

• Payment Trigger: Final payment becomes due upon release of scanned shipping documents (B/L, COO, etc.)

• Confirmation & Conversion: Crypto is converted to fiat and settled within 1–2 business days.

• Receipts: Customer receives full payment receipt and invoice marked "Settled via BTC."

🔹 EX-WORKS Discount:

Buyers choosing EX-WORKS terms may receive up to US $100/MT discount. This applies to both crypto and fiat payments.

• Product Packaging & Cold Chain
  Frozen chicken, pork, beef, turkey, and duck packed in sealed, SIF‑approved cartons, shipped via refrigerated containers or air charter to maintain −18 °C or lower throughout transit.

• Logistics & Carriers
  Work with major carriers (Maersk, MSC, CMA‑CGM) and control dispatch through Cotriguaçu refrigerated terminal in Cascavel, plus grain/cold storage infrastructure in Paranaguá .

• Delivery Times
  Typical transit to China, Russia, Turkey: 7–14 business days, depending on shipping method, customs clearance, and origin-destination port conditions.

• Customs & Duties
  Prices quoted are EXW or FOB; import duties, tariffs, and related taxes at destination are the buyer’s responsibility.

  All shipments are insured to ≥110% invoiced value. Coopavel assists in claims and supports replacements or refunds after verification.
