  • Q3: How long is your product shelf life?
    A3: Frozen products have a shelf life of 18 months at -18°C. Canned products last up to 24 months.
  • Q4: What are your payment terms?
    A4: Standard terms are 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance before shipment. LC at sight is also acceptable.
  • Q5: Can I visit your factory?
    A5: Yes, customers are welcome to schedule on-site visits by appointment.
