b) Quality Assurance & Safety
Under SIF inspection (AQSIQ SIF2675), União Avícola adheres to rigorous safety protocols including HACCP, GMP, and PPCAAP (Addiction Control Prevention). Their Quality Team monitors all stages—from farm to shipping—with ~1,000 monthly microbiological and physico-chemical tests.
c) Animal Welfare & Traceability
Birds are handled humanely via controlled stunning, bleeding, plucking, and SIF post-mortem inspections. Full traceability and farm-to-fork recordkeeping ensure compliance with animal welfare and food safety standards.

Shipping Policy
a) Global Export Reach
União Avícola exports to over 15 international markets, including China, Russia, and Turkey, offering frozen chicken, turkey, duck, beef, and pork products.
b) Cold‑Chain Logistics
All frozen products are packaged in insulated cartons and shipped under refrigerated conditions (–18 °C or colder) via sea or air depending on destination and urgency .
c) Documentation & Traceability
Each shipment includes clear labeling, batch tracking, and all required documents: Invoice, Bill of Lading, SIF/Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Packing List, and (as needed) Halal and country-specific certificates.
d) Support & Tracking
End-to-end export coordination ensures that clients receive tracking info and logistic assistance through loading, customs clearing, and final delivery.
